RA Feedback

RA FEEDBACK:
One of the ways that we determine how well RAs are meeting the responsibilities of their role is to receive feedback from you, the members of their floor community. To that end, I've attached a link to a feedback survey that should take only eight to ten minutes to complete. In it, you'll see that we are looking for both quantitative as well as qualitative feedback in x areas of your RA's performance:

- RA outreach and relationships with individual floor members
- Upholding community standards and offering floor leadership opportunities, and
- Floor and building-wide programming

Please take a few moments right now to offer you feedback. Your honest and constructive thoughts will be appreciated and used to strengthen the level of support and quality of outreach that we are able to offer throughout the building. I want to point-out that the RAs are expected to primarily plan and implement activities for their stream.
