Trapeze School: Friday Oct 29th

Ever thought of joining the circus? Were you a rock star on the monkey bars as a kid? Have a nagging urge to throw yourself off a 23 foot platform? Then, the NYC Trapeze School adventure is for you!

Last 2 spots remaining. If you're interested then give your $20 co-pay to RA Rahil. If Rahil isn't in his room, put your $20 in an envelope with your full name and email address written on the outside and slip it under his door.

Details:
October 29; Meet Rahil in Broome lobby at 2:30; Trapeze school starts promptly at 3:30 and runs until 5:30.
The session will cover basic skills like take off, basic knee hangs, splits, planche and whip (all fun tricks you can throw to the catcher). You’ll also learn the basics of building your swing for higher tricks. At the end you’ll practice how to fall gracefully (the most important part).
What you can expect from the Flying Trapeze class is the following:

•       The most up-to-date equipment
•       A focused class environment
•       Clear instruction, before and during class, from expert instructors
•       Encouragement to improve your class by stretching between turns
•       Routines you can do at home to improve your flying
•       A great time!

Here’s your chance to learn the ropes! http://newyork.trapezeschool.com/
