How Does Our Recycling Work???

I contacted the office of sustainability and was given the following info:

The Office of Sustainability is currently in the process of switching Broome street over to our mixed recycling system like we have on campus.

As of now Broome separates items so plastic (labeled #1 and 2) and glass bottles in one bin and [all] paper in the other. Once we bring in the new Mixed Recycling signage we'll have it set up just like campus where all plastic (typically labeled #1-7), plastic bags, paper, metal and glass will go in the recycling bin together.
